Ordering Process

1. Choose your pool table model from our wide range of table models.
2. Choose your pool table size using Golden West Billiards Pool Table Size Chart.
3. Choose your pool table wood option:
   • Standard (Maple & Oak)
   • Premium (Walnut, Rosewood, Mahogany, Ebony, Teak and other exotic woods)
4. Choose your pool table wood finish from Golden West Billiards Wood Finishes.
5. Choose your pool table cloth color from Golden West Billiards Table cloth options.

Once we receive your order we will start with an initial design consultation.

After the initial consultation, we will create the design specs for your pool table.

After all elements have been selected for the approved design, we will submit a cost estimate.

Building & Quality Control

Every order receives personal oversight during all phases of the manufacturing process at our factory to ensure the utmost quality in all components, details, finishes and final piece. While your pool table will be built to your specifications, you can rest assured that it will also be built to the exact regulations and standards of the Billiards Congress of America.

Your pool table will be fully assembled at our factory for a final inspection before it is disassembled and packed for shipping.

Delivery

Your Golden West Billiards pool table will be delivered to an authorized dealer in your area, who will then coordinate the final delivery to your location with on-site assembly, so you don’t have to lift a finger and you can be assured of proper installation.

Orders within the Portland, Oregon area will receive factory direct delivery and installation.
